MEMBERSHIP TERMS AS PER THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS
  • Any person of the age of 18 or over, shall, on making a written declaration in membership form and on payment of triennial subscription of Rs. 3.00 only, become a member of Congress provided that he/she is not a member of any other political party or organization, which has a separate membership, constitution and program.
  • No person shall be eligible to become a member except at his permanent place of residence or at a place where he carries on his business or work.
  • In order to become a member of Congress, the individual can either approach the district president or block president or he/she can contact us and we will assist in the enrolment procedure.
